Sometimes, youll see the red line "Please contact the seller to request the total for the freight (shipping fee)". Simply skip that line if you know how much the shipping cost is, and head straight to step #2. We will email you the invoice for total, included shipping cost.
SHIPPING:
- SHIPPING TIME:Under normal situations, delivery time will take 3 to 10 working days after despatch depending on your location. Remote areas may require longer delivery time.
- TRACKING: You will be able to trace the delivery online with a unique tracking number.Roadhug Springs has no control over goods once they depart our premises, insurance is included in the shipping amount advised. We can request but cannot guarantee that the courier will contact you prior to delivery. However, all tracking details are forwarded via email upon despatch and customers are welcome to contact the relevant freight company, or we are happy to attend to any queries you may have. A signature is required for all deliveries.
- COMBINED POSTAGE:Contact us for freight cost. In order to benefit from combined shipping, please make payment for the combined purchase at the same time.
RETURNS
We accept returns.You may return an item for a refund within 30 days of delivery; all you need to do is ship the item back to us. We also charge a 10% restocking fee. Return credits will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
Return Eligibility:Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way).
·Pleasedo not return or post items before obtaining instructions from Customer Service. Please note that you must comply with all return instructions provided to you via phone or your registered email address. All returns must be directed through Customer Service. If you do without instructions, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your returns may not be accepted.
·When a return is authorised, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during the return process. Failure to do so may affect the ultimate resolution to be offered, which may include repairs, replacement items or store credit at our discretion.
·Applicable freight fees plus a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund in cases where you have changed your mind and wish to return your product. This also applies to orders cancelled while in transit.
